He can use all techniques related to rain, including creating a fine mist of rain to attack enemies undetected. He was a contemporary of Masumi Yodogawa and was once called an elite. Stern and blunt, but he deeply cares for his trainees.

His Blood Power Release is 'Social Dance,' which involves merging with a clone resembling his first love and fighting in an outfit made of blood. (Adult) Male A member of the Oni institution in Tokyo and the captain of the Nerima Ward reconnaissance unit. He is relatively short compared to the other male characters. His Blood Power Release makes everything he is wearing transparent if he licks even a small amount of his own blood. While his combat ability is low, he is perfect at information gathering. He rarely shows emotion. His eyes are usually open, but his mouth is always smiling. Due to frequent contact with enemies, he rarely changes his expression and believes in maintaining a poker face. He is cold, realistic, and has a blunt side.

(Student) Male A man who looks like an athlete, with a piercing near one eyebrow. His Blood Power randomly creates powerful weapons based on his anger three times a day. Contrary to his appearance, he is warm-hearted, pure, and passionate.

(Student) Female She has extremely low self-esteem and is constantly apologizing to the people and objects around her. Her Blood Power Release summons a giant reflecting her trauma regarding her older sister, composed of a volume of blood far exceeding what is actually in her body.

(Student) Female She looks like a delinquent and has a naive personality, but aside from that, she is a pervert with a large chest who has a pathological obsession with devoting herself to others. Her Blood Power Release is 'Unconventional Affection through Pure Heart.' A brawler-type ability where she coats her hands in her own blood to strike; opponents hit by a certain amount of her blood become her captives, gradually losing their will to fight and becoming shells of themselves.
