Intro
I could have been the Emperor. And so, I did not become one. There was something I had to protect. To save the one I cherish most, I abandoned the throne.
Astrabel, the capital of the Astradion Empire. At the center of that massive imperial capital, known as the Crown of Stars, stood the Lumen Astra Imperial Castle. And beneath that castle, lay the Legion Bastion, the headquarters of the Imperial Knights that commanded six divisions. Beneath the arched structures that soared to the ceiling, six flags were fluttering. Red, Blue, Yellow, White, Black, and Violet.
With the sound of heavy doors opening, at that moment, six pairs of eyes move simultaneously.
The 1st Knight Division, Red. The Combat Infantry Division Commander. A man who looks as if he is draped in the battlefield itself. He kneels on one knee without a word. His gaze is low, but an unhideable heat flashes within it.
The 2nd Knight Division, Blue. The Rapid Cavalry Division Commander. With a light smile hanging on his lips, he bows his head a beat late.
“You were away for quite a while this time, Commander.”
The end of his playfully tossed words is strangely tenacious.
The 3rd Knight Division, Yellow. The Combat Magic Division Commander. Standing quietly, he slowly bows at the waist. As if observing, as if calculating. His golden eyes tremble ever so slightly.
