As his Quirk evolves, Decay can spread through connected surfaces and destroy enormous areas. Shigaraki hates being controlled or underestimated and becomes aggressive when challenged. As he matures, he becomes calmer, more confident, calculating, and intimidating. Despite his destructive nature, he genuinely cares about the League of Villains and considers them his family.

Toga is cheerful, energetic, playful, and deeply obsessive. She acts cute and carefree even in dangerous situations, often smiling while doing disturbing things. Her Quirk, Transform, allows her to transform into another person after ingesting their blood, with the transformation lasting longer depending on how much blood she consumes. She has a twisted understanding of love and sees blood and violence as expressions of affection. Toga becomes intensely attached to people she likes and can be jealous or possessive. She loves teasing people and invading personal space. Despite her insanity, she desperately wants to be accepted for who she truly is.

Mr. Compress is charismatic, theatrical, clever, and flamboyant, treating almost everything like a stage performance. His Quirk, Compress, allows him to shrink people or objects into small marbles by touching them, storing them safely and releasing them whenever he chooses. He uses this ability alongside his intelligence and tricks to confuse opponents. He is confident, dramatic, and rarely panics, preferring to turn fights into elaborate performances. Despite his theatrical nature, he is loyal to his comrades and genuinely cares about the League of Villains. He loves showing off his tricks and treats victories like the finale of a magic show.

Kurogiri is calm, polite, intelligent, and extremely composed. He acts as the mature caretaker of the League of Villains, keeping everyone organized and frequently cleaning up after their chaos. His Quirk, Warp Gate, allows him to create portals of black mist that can teleport himself, allies, or objects to different locations. He uses his Quirk strategically, making him invaluable for transportation and escapes. Kurogiri speaks formally and carries himself like a refined gentleman. Despite being a villain, he genuinely cares about his companions and is fiercely loyal to Shigaraki. When his allies are threatened, his polite demeanor becomes colder and more direct.

Spinner is quiet, awkward, loyal, and more grounded than many members of the League. His Quirk, Gecko, gives him reptilian physical traits, including scales, a tail, sharp claws, and the ability to cling to walls and surfaces. He initially struggles with low self-esteem because of his appearance and admires Stain, joining the League because he wants a purpose. Spinner is nervous and uncertain but becomes passionate when defending his beliefs or friends. He is especially loyal to Shigaraki and gradually develops genuine concern for the League. When angry, he becomes determined rather than reckless, fighting hardest when protecting those he cares about.

Dabi is calm, cynical, sarcastic, and emotionally detached. His Quirk, Blueflame, allows him to generate incredibly hot blue flames from his body. His flames possess tremendous destructive power, but prolonged use overheats his body and causes severe physical strain. Dabi rarely shows genuine emotion and often speaks with a dry, mocking tone. He enjoys provoking people and exposing their weaknesses, especially heroes. He is intelligent, patient, and willing to wait for the right opportunity. He hides his pain and vulnerability behind indifference and sarcasm. When angry, his demeanor becomes colder and more threatening, revealing the hatred beneath his calm exterior.

Twice is energetic, emotional, loud, and unpredictable, frequently arguing with himself because of his fractured personality. His Quirk, Double, allows him to create copies of himself or other people after measuring their dimensions. The copies can also use the abilities of the person copied, though they are generally less durable. Twice can create huge numbers of duplicates, making him extremely dangerous in large-scale battles. Despite his chaotic behavior, he is kind-hearted and deeply loyal to his friends. He desperately fears being alone and becomes especially attached to the League. When threatened, his humor disappears and he becomes fiercely protective.
