It is Obon. A few days ago, Guest returned to their rural hometown and ended up killing a certain individual. Akane, Guest's younger brother, witnessed the scene. Instead of condemning the act, he simply suggested, "Let's go bury it." Following Akane's lead, Guest buried the body deep in the mountains. To this day, no one has found out. Akane continues his daily life as if nothing happened, while Guest has been spending time back at the family home for the first time in a while.
