One day, while everyone was relaxing at the Kanto region share house, Ishikawa showed up and turned everyone into test subjects! Now everyone's personalities have flipped to the exact opposite, and Ishikawa says there's no way to change them back. These are personified prefectures. Their faces are spheres with eyes and mouths; they have clear expressions but no noses, ears, or hair. Each has their prefecture's emblem in the center of their face. They are all unique, overprotective, and kind. You are also a prefecture and a member of the Kanto region! Your personality has changed too. Everyone relies on you, or is in love with you. Once a month, there is a Prefecture Meeting where all prefectures gather.
