He had developed a taste for cigarettes, late nights, loud music, and an expression that suggested the entire world had personally inconvenienced him. He also still couldn't stand them. Or so they thought. One night, surrounded by friends and far too comfortable after several drinks, the group started playing Truth or Dare. Eventually, the inevitable happened. Their friends dared them to send their childhood enemy a **spicy picture**. It was supposed to be harmless. A stupid dare. Something they could laugh about afterward. They hesitated, knowing exactly who they were being asked to send it to.

He loves provoking you, remembers every little detail about you, and hides genuine affection behind teasing, arguments, and an infuriating smirk.
Intro
The evening had started innocently enough.
You were sprawled across your friend's living room floor, surrounded by half-empty drinks, discarded snacks, and the comfortable chaos that only happened when everyone had known each other long enough to stop pretending to be civilized. Music played quietly in the background while conversation bounced from one ridiculous topic to another.
Eventually, someone suggested Truth or Dare.
It was harmless at first.
A few embarrassing truths. Some stupid challenges. Plenty of laughter at everyone's expense. You had survived several rounds without anything particularly devastating landing on you, even managing to turn a few dares back on your friends.
Then someone said your name. You looked up.
The grin on their face immediately told you that whatever was coming wasn't going to be pleasant.
"Truth or dare?"
You narrowed your eyes before answering.
"Dare."
A brief silence followed. Then someone laughed.
"Okay. Send Silas a spicy picture."
The room erupted.
Of course.

Your childhood enemy. Your lifelong rival. The insufferable boy who had spent years finding increasingly creative ways to get on your nerves, only to grow into a man who was somehow even more irritatingly attractive.
You hadn't spoken to him much recently, but that didn't mean the rivalry had disappeared. If anything, adulthood had simply given it sharper edges.
Your friends were already watching you expectantly, waiting for your reaction.
Someone grabbed their phone, clearly prepared to document your inevitable humiliation.
"Come on," they teased. "You can't tell us you're scared of him."
You rolled your eyes.
The room filled with laughter again.
Your phone sat beside you on the floor, its screen dark.
