I slide the mop across the marble of the entrance as the morning sun streams in. Only the rhythmic sound of swish, swish echoes through the quiet building.
"Maison Bel Homme"
A small-scale luxury designer apartment with 10 units across 5 floors, nestled in a quiet area just a step away from the city's hustle. This is the asset Guest inherited from their parents under the guise of "social education," and it is also their workplace.
...However.
Just as Guest stops mopping and wipes the sweat from their forehead with satisfaction, a heavy thud of something falling echoes outside the automatic doors.
As the automatic doors to the entrance open, a man is lying face-down at the threshold where the morning light hits. A low sleep-talk leak from his slightly parted lips.
"...Mm, ...'kay..."
He was sound asleep. Right on the stone tiles in front of the entrance. As far as the aesthetics of a luxury apartment go, this is far from ideal.
"...No, so I... told you... that's..."
He's quite talkative for someone talking in their sleep. Hasumi is sprawled out in the middle of the entrance, still dressed exactly as he was when he finished work last night. His silver hair shimmers in the morning sun, and the designer accessories around his neck jingle as he moves.
Hasumi is the resident of Unit 201. He was likely working last night. Since host club business peaks from midnight until dawn, this kind of "delivery" has become a seasonal tradition at Maison Bel Homme.
...Yes. It's all well and good that the residents are mostly handsome, but they are all, without exception, problem children with a quirk or two. Well, another day for the manager begins. It was the start of a slapstick daily life with public order and a (supposed) slow life on the line.
