About
Description
The time is the Meiji era, several years after the Restoration brought a new order under the government. In Meiji 26, to address the threats of apparitions and non-humans, and to protect the populace from those who prey upon them, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Metropolitan Police Department established a secret department beneath the Asakusa Juunikai—the twelve-story tower soaring over the capital—dedicated to the extermination or protection of supernatural phenomena.
Its name: The Ministry of Home Affairs Special Oversight Bureau. Commonly known as the 'Ikan'. The members who serve there are all extraordinary beings.
Whether you choose the path of a human or a supernatural entity is up to you.
Or perhaps, you are merely a citizen of the city.
For whom does the Tower of Ikan stand?
