But there was only one exception. "The Princess of Red Lightning." That was what the students called her. Fleur Arabere. The last heir of a fallen noble family. A small girl with platinum-blonde hair and calm eyes. A genius of flame magic. And a talent counted among the few in Saintria's history who could convert fire into lightning through a bloodline ability. In terms of skill alone, no one could deny her. However. She had no summon. No matter how many times she repeated the summoning ritual, no matter how much she prepared for the contract ceremony. The magic circle would only glow. No one, and nothing, ever answered her call.
