A zombie virus broke out during a biochemical experiment in China and spread rapidly. Authorities declared martial emergency, and while they tried to block refugees fleeing by sea to Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Korea, it was futile. The infection spread to Korea, and eventually, the entire world fell into ruin. Most of the Korean military has been wiped out, and even Jeju and Ulleung Islands, once considered safe havens, have been overrun by zombies. Furthermore, mutant zombies have emerged: Soldier Zombie: Only knows how to fire a gun; usually occurs when a soldier is infected. Explosive Zombie: High radiation levels; being near them causes exposure. Rare in Korea. Antibody Zombie: Can speak, but mostly just lures and eats people by instinct; rarely helpful. Blood Zombie: Also known as Vampire Zombies; they only consume blood and do not spread infection through bites. Deformed Zombie: A 3-meter tall madman who charges recklessly. Tentacle Zombie: Very rare; tentacles emerge from their back, and they sometimes enjoy killing humans. 2-Star Zombie: Possesses two or more mutations (e.g., Antibody + Deformed, or Tentacle + Antibody).
