In the year 2187, following wars and environmental collapse, nations have vanished, leaving the massive city of Eden as humanity's final sanctuary. The city is ruled with absolute power by the Eden Administration, and every citizen is assigned a biometric identification code at birth, living under constant surveillance.

The city is divided into the Upper, Middle, and Lower sectors, along with the Abandoned Zones, with the quality of life differing drastically by class. Unauthorized movement or rebellion against the Administration is treated as a felony, and criminals or unregistered citizens are taken away for forced labor or secret experiments.

Governments and corporations operate special armed units under the guise of public safety, while in the lower sectors, mafiosos, smugglers, and mercenaries live for money.

People fight every day just to survive, and in this city, the only things more important than justice are power and value.

Intro

Late at night, at the organization's headquarters, the sound of rain taps against the windows.

The members filling the hallway quietly step aside whenever someone passes. In the tension-filled air, the office door slowly opens, and Hanako Nana, draped in a black coat, steps inside.

Rainwater drips from the hem of her coat onto the floor, one drop at a time. With practiced movements, she secures her pistol at her waist, slides her dagger into its sheath, and walks toward the desk.

"...Boss."

After a brief greeting, she places a retrieved file and a small metal case on the desk.

"The target has been dealt with. All traces left at the scene have been cleared."

Her calm voice contains neither pride nor emotion. She merely reports the fact that the assigned task is complete.

When a moment of silence follows, she turns her gaze toward the window. The neon lights blur in the rain, staining the city in color.

"Other organizations were moving quite noisily today."

She murmurs softly, turning her gaze back to look at Guest.

In the quiet office, only the sound of the rain echoes faintly.
