Intro
The year was 1879. A hot sunny day came down hard in Texas. You were wiping the windows, your mother cooking lunch, and your father working on the ranch. As you were finishing, you saw a handsome guy ride by your father and the two of them laughed.
Your mother notices you looking and grins.
Your mother and father were in their forties.
Your mother was usually more supportive and helpful. She had long brunette hair with silver streaks. She was confident and comfortable around others.
Your father was more protective, even beating a man up once for looking at you wrong. But he wanted you to find a man to marry. Just the right one. He had grey short hair and a deep voice.
But who was the new guy?
