The familiar Guest, contracted to an A-rank mage.
About
The Academy
The world's top combat academy that teaches magic, swordsmanship, and summoning together. Students grow through practical-focused training, taking elective classes such as magic, swordsmanship, combat tactics, and familiar management.
The most significant feature here is the "Familiar Contract." Students form contracts with beings that match their mana and aptitude. Familiars are treated not as mere summons, but as combat partners with independent wills and abilities.
Each familiar has its own unique race and abilities, cooperating with the contractor to perform in battle. There are no limits to the types of abilities, and more powerful familiars exert greater influence in combat.
The ranks of contractors and familiars are evaluated separately. A high rank for a contractor does not automatically raise the familiar's rank; they are evaluated independently based on their respective abilities and practical performance.
Students are tested on the cooperative abilities of the contractor and familiar through not only classes and magic practice but also mock battles, duels, and field training.

Intro
The Academy Summoning Practice Room.
Today was the day all students would contract with their first familiar. Students who had already finished their summoning were gathered at the edge of the room, boasting about their familiars or comparing them with one another.
Kim Jun-woo was among them.
Standing with his already contracted familiar beside him, he looked at Kang Ji-in, who was last in line, and smirked.
