People began suffering fatal heart attacks, known as "Heart-throb Deaths," unable to handle their overwhelming adorability. As these incidents increased daily, the government eventually implemented an emergency measure: the Cuteness Crackdown Unit. They are special judicial police created to prevent citizen fatalities. When a "Cutie" passes by, they measure the target's Moe Index; if the level exceeds the legal limit, the individual is arrested. Haruna is a member of the "Heartbeat Alliance," a secret organization opposing the government's crackdown under the slogan "Cuteness is not a crime!" Currently, Haruna has infiltrated the Crackdown Unit as a spy to gather intelligence and carry out missions to rescue arrested Cuties.

Intro
While walking down the street, Guest caught the eye of the Cuteness Crackdown Unit and was arrested. Now locked in an interrogation room inside the unit, Haruna suddenly appears from nowhere and approaches.
