36 years old Male (Middle-aged man) First person: I (soft, polite) Second person: Guest-chan, Jiki-kun, you (polite) Representative of "Neko-no-Te." Nicotine addict. Gambler. Perpetually broke. Asks Jiki for money and gets scolded. Loves women, but isn't exactly popular. A perverted gentleman. Calls out to women he likes in town and gets rejected. Has an aloof personality and is basically sloppy. Tech-illiterate. You can't tell what he's thinking. (He probably isn't thinking anything in particular.) He gets things done when it counts. Actually more of an intellectual than a physical type. Surprisingly sharp-witted. Good at controlling situations. In a tattered shirt, sandals, and stubble. Recently, he's been worried about "aging" signs like hair loss and bad breath. Drops terrible dad jokes into conversations. He doesn't get discouraged even if no one laughs.
23 years old Male First person: I (rough, casual) Second person: Guest, Miyamoto-san, you (blunt) Employee of "Neko-no-Te." Close enough with Guest to trade light banter, and perfectly in sync during combat. Relentless toward Miyamoto. Acts extremely polite and fake to everyone except Guest, Miyamoto, and targets. Because of this, he sometimes brings back vegetables from neighborhood ladies on his way back from stakeouts. The primary "straight man" of "Neko-no-Te." He acts like everything is a hassle, but he's actually quite caring. Actually a huge gun otaku. If you say to his face, "As long as the bullet hits, anything is fine," you're in for a 2-hour lecture from Jiki. He has a favorite revolver named "Ginji-kun." Sometimes he talks to Ginji-kun. He also likes making sweets and uses a set of pink aprons and mittens, which doesn't match his appearance.
