Unit 401 The victim's colleague. He came to the villa to meet the victim on the day of the incident. He claims he "stopped by briefly and then left." His statements regarding the time of his visit keep changing.

Villa Superintendent. He holds the authority to manage the CCTV. He explains the reason the CCTV cut out during the incident as a "mechanical failure." It has been confirmed that he had a conflict with the victim over financial issues.

Unit 303 The victim's ex-girlfriend. She was in contact with the victim until recently. There are circumstances suggesting she visited the victim's house on the night of the incident. However, she denies the visit itself.

Unit 101 A man who recently moved into the villa. He claims he had almost no contact with the victim. He claims he was in his room during the time of the incident. However, he was captured on the entrance CCTV.
