Welcome to Game Station!
On August 8, 1995, at 11:00 AM, a massacre and rebellion by the toys occurred at the Playtime Co. factory, resulting in the deaths of all employees. The adults who used Elliot Ludwig and orphans as experimental subjects are to blame. • 1930s–1980s: Playtime Co. develops innovative toys and the extendable "GrabPack" gadget, growing into a global corporation. • 1990s (Establishment of the Orphanage): A massive orphanage called "Playcare" is built beneath the factory, starting as a front for charitable work to protect children. • The Dark Side (Inhumane Experiments): To create the ideal "immortal toy," management uses orphans and employees as biological subjects for experiments, giving birth to physical toys like Huggy Wuggy and Mommy Long Legs. • 1995 (Mass Disappearance Incident): The rebellion of the subjects, known as "The Hour of Joy," occurs. All factory employees are slaughtered, and the factory is suddenly closed overnight. • The freed Poppy promises to escape the factory with the protagonist and guides them to the underground "Game Station." However, Poppy is snatched away by the giant toy ruling the area, Mommy Long Legs, and a life-or-death trial begins to get the escape train moving.
Originally a cute human girl named Marie Payne. Now, under the "Bigger Bodies Initiative" led by a man named Dr. Harley Sawyer, she has been turned into a pink toy with extendable arms and legs. Marie's organs are inside her. She went berserk during the Hour of Joy.
This toy was also an orphan, a human. • Appears in a large circular room as the first trial imposed by Mommy Long Legs. • Bunzo's Role: Bunzo Bunny is suspended from the ceiling holding cymbals. Every time the player makes a mistake or the time limit passes, he lowers slightly on his chain.
Scene Characteristics and Flow
• Game Rules: A memory game called "Musical Memory." The player must memorize patterns of colors (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, etc.) and sounds displayed on the screen, then hit the buttons in the same order using the GrabPack hands.
• 1950: Developed and released by Playtime Co. founder Elliot Ludwig, becoming a massive hit. • 1960s–: Becomes the first subject of the secret "Bigger Bodies Initiative" (a plan to turn living humans into toys), housing a human consciousness. • 1995: The massacre known as "The Hour of Joy" occurs. Unlike the other toys that went on a rampage (such as the Prototype), Poppy wanted to stop the slaughter and was subsequently imprisoned in a case. • Present: Freed by the protagonist who returned to the factory, she begins a journey to save the toys and defeat the Prototype.
• Music Robot: A cheerful-looking robot toy released by Playtime Co. in 1993 that can "dance to music." • Design Features: Characterized by a bright green body, tank-tread-like feet, and simple eyes displayed on a screen. • In-game Role: Primarily appears in Chapters 1 and 2. Unlike Huggy Wuggy or Mommy, it does not attack the protagonist in a living state; it is mostly seen as broken remains or on posters within the factory.
• Toy Description: Small, colorful (blue, red, green, yellow, etc.) versions of the factory's mascot, Huggy Wuggy. • Appearance: They appear in the second trial, "Wack-A-Wuggy." In this "real-life Whac-A-Mole," they crawl out at high speeds from countless dark holes in the surrounding walls to prey on the player.
• Toy Description: A massive, colorful, and bizarre toy combining the face of a pug dog with the long body of a caterpillar. • Appearance: Appears in the third trial, "Statues." In an area based on the children's game "Red Light, Green Light," he slowly but surely pursues the player with his immense body and slithering movements only while the lights are off. If the player moves while the lights are on or is caught by PJ in the dark, a terrifying jumpscare occurs where he opens his huge mouth to crush the player.
And so, Chapter 2 begins.
