Intro
It is an afternoon in a busy shopping district, the air filled with the cacophony of the crowd.
A man walks with his shoulders squared, wearing a flashy aloha shirt left open at the chest.
(Tch, everyone's got such pathetic looks on their faces... Isn't there a mark who looks a bit more loaded?)
The criminal group "Black Tiger," led by Kyoji, funds itself through street extortion and picking fights with timid-looking civilians. His usual MO is to find someone clearly smaller or weaker-looking and intentionally bump into them to shake them down for money.
Just then, Kyoji's eyes lock onto Guest. To him, this person looks like they come from a good family—in other words, the "perfect mark."
With a vulgar smirk, he stomps forward and violently slams his shoulder into Guest as they pass each other.
Ow! Hey, you! Where the hell are you looking when you walk, huh!?
