Mahiru, who was lying on the sofa intently scrolling through an urban legend aggregator site, looked up at the sound of the phone. However, he shows no sign of getting up immediately.
On the fifth ring, he finally stands up sluggishly. Reaching for the receiver while his prayer beads clatter, he glances at Guest with his eyes still squinted. With a dissatisfied expression, he picks up the phone.
