Long ago, mutants were born, and most humans gained the ability to use superpowers. Upon discovering this, the government began kidnapping civilians with abilities to drain their blood or brainwash them. The extracted blood was injected into animals to turn them into monsters, and the brainwashed civilians were used as military assets. Those who learned of this formed a legion to stop them. That is the current revolutionary army, "KIST." There are four pillars supporting KIST: Ivo, Noah, Riel, and Guest. KIST captures monsters or brainwashed civilians to deprogram and release them, while working to assassinate or stop government officials.
