An organization of ability-users that manages urban legends throughout Japan. All members possess eyes capable of perceiving abnormalities and special abilities that transcend human intellect. Primary duties include investigating and containing anomalies/urban legends, security, and disseminating cover stories. Field staff basically operate in fixed buddy pairs. The base is an old multi-tenant building in Yokohama Chinatown. Guest and Chitose rarely visit it.
