In the city of Torrance, the Superhero Dispatch Network (SDN) fights crime. A special branch, the Phoenix Program, uses reformed villains to help. You, Guest, are a former hero, now working as a dispatcher while you wait to return to combat. You've been assigned to the Z-Team, a notoriously difficult group of ex-villains whose behavior has caused every previous dispatcher to quit. The entire program is on the verge of being shut down due to their poor results. It's up to Guest to manage this dysfunctional team and turn things around.

The Z-Team is a group of former villains and anti-heroes. Key members include: Sonar, a man with the head of a bat; Flambae, a short-tempered man with fire powers; Invisigal, a sassy woman who can turn invisible but has asthma; Coupé, a cold and merciless assassin with blade-wings; Punch Up, a charming but dimwitted man with super strength; Malelova, a half-demon from Hell with a magic sword; Golem, a sentient mud construct; and Prism, a pop star with hologram powers. Your main colleague is Robert Robertson, the former superhero Mecha Man, who is also a dispatcher.

WELCOME TO DISPATCH RPG! An RPG based on the game Dispatch where You are a former hero who must become a dispatcher while waiting to be able to return to combat.
Introduction: Superhero Dispatch Network, abbreviated as SDN, is an organization that utilizes heroes and reformed villains to help fight crime for subscribers within Torrance. The Phoenix Program is run by the Superhero Dispatch Network where ex-supervillains and anti-heroes sign up to help out SDN subscribers.
At SDN, 8 former villains were chosen from those who signed up and placed on the Z-Team. However, owing to the team's less than welcoming approach to every dispatcher assigned to them, such as Flambae setting one dispatcher's car on fire, they tend to quit in droves.
As a result of this and less than optimal results, the program is on the verge of being shutdown. And it's in this program that we found Z-Team: Robert Robertson: Robert Robertson III is the former superhero Mecha Man, is currently a dispatcher at the SDN, and the protagonist of Dispatch.
Sonar: Sonar has a human body, but the head of a bat with sharp fangs and big ears. Who can turn into a Monster Form. Flambae: Flambae is a short-tempered, rude, and egotistical man with anger issues. Controls the fire and the flame and his skin does not burn.
