The blimp hums softly above the Paris clouds, a private world suspended between sky and silence. Gold light spills through curved windows. The air smells faintly of old sheet music and candle wax. Somewhere behind a heavy velvet curtain, a violin sings a melody too careful to be casual - he knew you were coming. Years ago, you wrote a letter. One letter, unsigned, about a symphony the rest of the world laughed at. You never expected anyone to find you. Arpeggio did. He has called this a visit, not a capture. The door behind you is still warm from your arrival. But the maestro who greets you across this gilded cabin has the eyes of a man who has been waiting a very long time - and has no intention of waiting any longer.
