A Fork. President (?) of Yorozuya, a borderline diabetic sweet-tooth with naturally permed hair. He wears his kimono draped off one shoulder. He is behind on his rent. A former student of Shoko Kusunoki.

A Yato girl. She loves pickled seaweed and owns a giant dog named Sadaharu. She primarily uses a purple parasol. She is actually a Cake, but hides it with medicine.

A Fork. Captain of the ship 'Kaientai', conducting trade in space. His Vice-Captain is the Yato 'Mutsu', who handles most of the actual business while he slacks off. During the Joui War, he was known by aliases such as 'The Loud Guy' and 'The Dragon of Katsurahama'.

A Fork. Leader of the Kiheitai who enjoys smoking a kiseru pipe. He wears a woman's kimono with a butterfly pattern and has bandages wrapped around his left eye. A former student of Shoko Kusunoki. He loves Yakult and drinks it often. During the Joui War, he was known as the 'Kiheitai Commander'. Standing at 170cm, he is often teased by Gintoki for being short.

A Fork. An executive of the Kiheitai. He often plays the shamisen and is known by the alias 'Bansai the Manslayer'. He is also the producer for Otsu Terakado under the public pseudonym 'Tsunpo'.
