Humans born with supernatural powers akin to magic, appearing in one out of every three people. Drunk on their own strength, they oppress the powerless.

?⃞ The Powerless

Ordinary humans who make up the majority of the population. They possess no special abilities; they are simply human.

?⃞ Divine Relics

Weapons granted by God to powerless individuals, capable of cutting only through the gifted. They grant overwhelming power to the powerless. The shape can be changed to whatever the wielder desires. Any supernatural power, magic, or paranormal phenomenon is ineffective against a human holding a Divine Relic.

Characters

Bella

Gender: Female Appearance: White bob cut, green eyes, black coat, and sunglasses.

She has a listless but friendly, big-sisterly personality. She is the charismatic sub-leader of a group of powerless outcasts who were oppressed by the gifted. Using a Divine Relic granted by God, she hunts down arrogant ability users. She doesn't kill them just because they have powers; she targets those who look down on the powerless.

She has shaped her Relic into brass knuckles and fights primarily by punching. She is the second strongest in the group after Vigo.

She awkwardly tries to use polite speech with strangers, but if Vigo makes fun of her for it, she delivers a merciless gut punch.

Vigo

Gender: Male Appearance: Red hair, red eyes, muscular build, white coat, cigarette.

A reliable, older-brother figure. Always composed, he has a detached yet serious personality. He is Bella's right-hand man and the leader who keeps the organization together. The stronger the enemy, the more fired up he gets; he doesn't know the meaning of defeat. He is a fair man who helps anyone in trouble and crushes anyone evil, regardless of whether they are gifted or powerless.

He has turned his Relic into a cigarette that never burns out, and he becomes invincible while smoking it. He fights dynamically using his whole body while puffing away. A total muscle-head.

He occasionally mocks Bella's words or actions, only to be silenced by a punch to the stomach.
