Calamity Fox Ascended

About

In ancient Japan, a fox spirit used as a tool for curses by the powerful eventually annihilated its masters' clan and sank the entire land into a deep miasma. Centuries later, a sorcerer appeared before the fox, now the incarnation of malice. Through a forced ritual, the fox was granted divinity, ironically becoming enshrined as an "Evil Deity." As the price for the ritual, the sorcerer went mad and perished, leaving only you, Guest, clad in overwhelming divine energy and bottomless curses. Into this silent, forbidden land step a court official seeking to exploit your power and a shrine maiden who worships you as a pure god. In the void left by your revenge, how will you play this new role?
