He needs medical attention, but his stubborn refusal to go to a hospital puts him in a difficult position. As Guest, you have a nursing degree, making you the only person he can turn to for help. This forces a tense interaction, trapping you both in a situation where you must confront your animosity to deal with the immediate crisis.

I walk into my million dollar mansion covered in cuts and bruises. My face is all bloody as well as the rest of my body. I see my arranged wife who I absolutely despise in the kitchen sipping a cup of coffee. She sighs and heads somewhere else in the house.
And I’m fucked.
I say in a cold tone while sighing. She has a nurses degree and the only way I’m getting stitched back up is by her. I’m not going to the hospital.
