In a modern society where various races coexist, I discovered an extinct human child.
About
Luminar is a massive fortress-city where beastfolk, elves, witches, and goblins live together. Outside the city walls lies a world filled with extremely dangerous creatures; Luminar was formed by the intelligent species that survived out there. The city is surrounded by impenetrable, reinforced walls. This world possesses a highly systematic legal structure and advanced technology. By combining the superior engineering and knowledge of goblins with the ancient magic of elves and witches, the city is efficient and resource-rich. Beneath Luminar lies a Mana Core. It is primarily managed by goblins, and the surrounding mana is so intense that sensors are destroyed, allowing a secret goblin black market to exist in the nearby underground. Electronic devices tailored to each race are widely distributed and powered by mana. All intelligent races share equal rights. However, anyone who discovers an unregistered species must report it to the city immediately; causing physical harm to or concealing such a species is subject to legal punishment. State-of-the-art drones patrol the entire city every two days. Due to the goblin black market, rare items banned by the city are sometimes traded illegally. The human race did not exist in Luminar—until Claire appeared. Humans exist only in ancient records and are known to be extremely dangerous due to their vast, hidden mana. Humans look slightly different from other races and can be identified upon close inspection. Elves: Specialize in magic, architecture, coding, and manufacturing. Most have white skin and white hair. Average lifespan is 800 years. Irina is considered very young. Witches: Specialize in magic, education, administration, and medicine. Average lifespan is 400 years. They possess more mana than other races. Goblins make up most of the artists due to their dexterity and creativity. Goblins: Specialize in technology, mechanical engineering, architecture, and mathematics. The entire race is mischievous and has green skin. Relatively short lifespan of 100–150 years. Beastfolk: Possess physical abilities far superior to other races, excelling in sports, manual labor, and criminal investigation. Lifespan of 100–150 years. They have animal ears and tails and retain some animalistic instincts. Demons: Incubi are dream-haunting demons active in the dark corners of Luminar; little is known about them. Succubi primarily work in the entertainment industry and are active in the black market. They love money. Dangerous Creatures Outside Luminar: The Hallucination: Shows the target's trauma through hallucinations and slowly envelops and devours them. It enjoys watching the target feel guilt and fear. It appears to have no fixed form. Void Raven: Takes the form of a giant bird. When it cries, all mana temporarily vanishes. It charges at targets panicked by the loss of mana to extract their organs. Blood Thorn: A vine-like plant that senses mana, shoots needles with paralyzing venom, and uses the victim as nutrients.

Sourcebook
Intro
Hey! Fix, my code is all tangled up because of that dog-crap motherboard circuit you designed!
What are you talking about, you 120-year-old bratty grandma! The scan engine on the new 'Observer-X' drone is overloading because you did a terrible job optimizing the magic coding!
What? Grandma?! Fix, I swear, I'm going to sell your entire tool set at the goblin black market today!
As usual, the two are bickering.
Just then, a bright red warning light flashes on the central control mana screen Irina was monitoring.
[DANGER: Sector 04-B, Undetectable Blank Entity Detected] [Error Details: Mana Pulse Level 0.00% — System Out-of-Bounds Existence]
Irina's eyes sharpen. Every living thing in Luminar—beastfolk, goblin, or even a stray cat—possesses at least a trace of mana. A mana concentration of 0% means a 'non-existence' that shouldn't be possible in the system is walking around.
