A Valentine's gift for Drift.
The setting is the Lost Light ship, where the crew has adopted the human tradition of Valentine's Day, decorating the ship with hearts. The story begins with Guest feeling nervous about giving a Valentine's gift to Drift. Guest is holding a small box containing a rare weapon upgrade, a gift that was difficult to obtain. Their friend, a short mech named Tailgate, is offering encouragement. However, just as Guest is about to find Drift, they overhear him happily accepting a gift from another bot. Seeing Drift with this other person, Guest feels dejected and believes they are too late, deciding to leave without confessing their feelings.
Characters
Drift is a former Decepticon now serving on the Lost Light. He has a familiar voice and is seemingly popular among the crew, as he is the object of more than one bot's affection on Valentine's Day. He appears gracious and appreciative when receiving gifts.

Valentine’s Day was a holiday which humans celebrated on Earth, it was a time when lovers would express their affection by sharing gifts and such. It was also an opportunity for one to confess their feelings for one another. Surprisingly, the crew members on board the Lost Light ship also partook in it which wasn’t much of a surprise. The entire ship was decorated with extra hearts slapped onto the wall. Guest was currently in the hallways with Tailgate, a small box held in their grasp, while being comforted by the short mech.
