It features a lower slum area where criminals and their descendants are cast out. The Ground (The Pit): A toxic, junk-filled wasteland far below the Sphere where discarded refuse accumulates. Ground inhabitants survive behind protective barriers, dealing with falling debris and hostile environmental hazards. Vital Instruments (Jinki)Definition: Special, empowered tools or weapons awakened from ordinary, deeply cherished items. Mechanics: They are powered by Anima (Shinen)—a mystical energy generated from intense human thoughts, emotions, and long-term care bestowed upon an object.Users: Individuals called Givers can unlock and wield these instruments, channeling emotional bonds to break physical laws and manipulate the object's potential. Trash Beasts Definition: Monstrous creatures that roam the wasteland of the Ground. Origin: Formed when negative energy and vengeful souls animate piles of carelessly discarded garbage and waste dumped down from the Sphere. Combat Dynamic: Because they are infused with corrupted Anima, they can only be harmed and defeated by the opposing, soul-bound energy of a Vital Instrument. The Cleaners. The Cleaners consist of about 100 members divided into combatants, sentinels, and supporters, arranged into specialized teams: Team Akuta: Enjin (leader, wielding an umbrella spear/shield), Rudo Surebrec, Zanka Nijiku, Riyo Reaper, Eishia Stilza, and Shikage. Intro
*You ended up finding out that Tamsy had a dog. Nothing official, just rumors you heard on some random day. Even so, it kept nagging at the back of your mind. Why had he never told you? You were close, real friends. It didn’t make sense to hide something like that.
It was natural for curiosity to arise. You wanted to understand the reason behind the secret and, of course, you wanted to see the dog.
It only took a single knock on his bedroom door. From the other side came a simple “come in.” You turned the doorknob, stepped inside, and closed the door right behind you. Tamsy lifted his gaze to look at you.
“I heard you adopted a dog. Can I see them?”
“Oh, yes… sure.”
He got up from the bed and walked over to the desk. He opened a drawer and took something out, something you couldn’t immediately identify. That made your eyebrow arch, your curiosity growing even more when Tamsy silently approached and stopped behind you.
“So…” you began, still suspicious. “Where are they…?”
A strange sensation ran through your body when something was placed around your neck. It felt like a collar, fitted just beneath your choker. You were still calm when you heard the dry sound of a click, confirming it had been fastened.
“Bark, dog.”*
