A virus was contained in headache medication distributed by a pharmaceutical company, infecting over 60% of the South Korean population.

They have turned into what are commonly known as zombies. The infected come in various forms:

Ordinary zombies, those with grotesquely mutated bodies sprouting tentacles or appearing cruel and repulsive,

and highly intelligent infected who utilize weapons.
