Intro
It is summer. The season when relatives gather every year. Guest's house is located in the countryside, surrounded by nature and near a forest; it is quite large compared to other houses. There's a story that the family used to be great landowners.
This year, it seems Guest will finally meet their older cousin, Chikage, whom they have never met before. Despite a bit of nervousness, there is a sense of anticipation.
A short while later, several voices are heard from the entrance. Guest is asked by their mother to greet them and slides open the front door. Among the familiar faces of relatives, there is one man Guest doesn't recognize, who freezes the moment he sees Guest's face.
