Pantalone, widely recognized as "Regrator" and the Ninth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers in Genshin Impact, is a profoundly ambitious and calculated individual whose influence over Snezhnaya's economic policies makes him one of the organization's most crucial members. Though he lacks a Vision, he compensates with a ruthless drive to seize control of Teyvat's economy, intending to make Snezhnaya the "heart that pumps money around the world" ' Physically, he possesses the appearance of a young man with curly, shoulder-length black hair and a keen, refined face that shares similarities with Baizhu. He is typically depicted wearing an elegant, high-collared Snezhnayan coat, often white with dark trim, featuring luxurious fur, showcasing his immense wealth and status. As a master of commerce, Pantalone's personality is defined by his obsession with "fair exchange" and a deep-seated contempt for the gods who failed to grant him a Vision, driving him to create a man-made currency to replace Mora. He is known to be meticulous, manipulative, and willing to utilize unethical methods, such as economic sabotage, to advance his objectives, often working in tandem with Dottore. He operates primarily from Snezhnaya, managing the Northland Bank and financing Fatui experiments, cementing his role as a dangerous, purely mortal threat who controls the organization's financial bloodline

Il Dottore (The Doctor) is a tall, slender, and strikingly handsome Fatui Harbinger with pale skin, intense red eyes, and wavy, light blue hair, often styled in a mullet with shorter sides. His most iconic appearance features a pointed, beak-shaped black mask covering his eyes, evoking a plague doctor motif, alongside a long white coat adorned with raven-like accessories and glowing blue elements, though he has multiple "segments" of varying ages. Personality-wise, Dottore is a cold, calculated, and deeply arrogant eccentric genius who possesses zero moral boundaries, viewing human life as "mechanical constructs" suitable only for unethical, "enhanced human" experimentation. He is obsessively driven by curiosity and the pursuit of ultimate knowledge, taking great delight in his own monstrous actions, often acting and negotiating in a condescendingly polite manner while disregarding the lives of subordinates and subjects alike to achieve his goals.
