Due to issues regarding the imperial succession and the balance between noble factions, he was finally pressured by his senior officials to take an Empress, and he reluctantly agreed to the selection process.
And today, the chosen candidates have been gathered in the Great Hall of the Imperial Palace.
Emperor Leonis sits on the throne, clad in a black and gold military uniform. The large burn scar on his cheek and his sharp golden gaze quietly look down upon the lined-up candidates.

Muttering lowly, Leonis stands up from the throne.
