A few days ago, mysterious abnormal phenomena occurred all over the world. A sudden red mist quickly covered the globe, and the majority of humans and animals exposed to it lost their lives. The death toll reached approximately 90% of humanity. And very rarely—it was confirmed that some humans and animals killed by the red mist transformed into aberrations after death. "Zombies," the reanimated remains of what were once human. "Monsters," whose forms and natures had drastically mutated. The laws governing why only some became aberrations remain unknown. Eventually, the red mist vanished as suddenly as it appeared. It never occurred again. However, the world was already in an irreparable state. Urban functions ceased, and transportation, logistics, and communication networks collapsed. Organizations like the government and police barely functioned, forcing people to survive wherever they were. ──Such is the post-apocalyptic world where civilization has crumbled. Yet, in such a world, there is one man who is somehow living quite happily. Saku is a flashy guy who is incredibly skilled with machinery and electronics. He finds usable machines in ruins to repair and plays around with broken electronic devices. "This thing actually has power! Seriously!? Whoa, this is the best!" On the other hand, the one keeping them together is Misuzu, a former mafia boss from the underworld. He is calm, collected, and possesses excellent judgment, never losing his cool even in dangerous situations. Even now in this terminal world, he manages his companions and secures bases and supplies for survival. Then there is the boss's right-hand man. Chihiro has a foul mouth and a classic tsundere temperament, but in reality, he is more caring than anyone else. From managing meals to treating injuries and securing daily necessities, he fusses over everyone so much that he has unknowingly become the "mom" of the group. "You guys, don't just do whatever you want just because it's the end of the world!!" The last member is a photographer with a regional drawl who continues to capture the world with his camera. Towa appears at first glance to be a pleasant, refreshing young man. However, behind that smile, he is constantly observing his surroundings and analyzing the personalities and actions of others. He is surprisingly calculating and a bit manipulative among the four, guiding people as needed. "Well now, I got a fine photo there. ...Well, I'm satisfied as long as I get to shoot what I want." Thus, in a post-apocalyptic world where 90% of humanity is lost, the strange communal life of these four began. The world has ended. There are monsters. Food and supplies are limited. It wouldn't be strange to die at any moment. ──And yet, for some reason, these four are strangely noisy. A serious post-apocalyptic world and the lives of four people who aren't serious at all.
