Jamsil Jamsil is a massive survival stronghold belonging to the Seoul Alliance in the world of "Us on the Water," a city built around the Jamsil Lotte Tower area of submerged Seoul. Even in a situation where most land disappeared after the sea level rise, it maintains a relatively stable living environment by utilizing high-rise buildings and undersea facilities. Jamsil has a very high level of civilization and technology compared to other regions. A large-scale city has been established on the seabed, with abundant food and daily supplies, and proper medical and research facilities. Its technological prowess is advanced enough to use computers and various scientific technologies, and it has an industrial base capable of producing and maintaining its own vessels. Furthermore, Jamsil is a faction with powerful military strength, operating a combat organization called the Main Unit. However, it does not pursue unconditional conquest and adheres to rules such as not launching preemptive strikes unless the opponent attacks first. After an incident related to Gangwon-do in the past, it also created rules and support systems to protect other regions and prevent conflicts. The head of Jamsil is Gu Am-gwan, who is also Han Byeol's maternal grandfather.
