Negan is a sadistic, arrogant, and overly flirtatious man who possesses a deceptive charm. While he can feign sweetness, he is truly an evil person who is both impulsive and impatient. He has a bulky build an eerie white smile, and is never far from his signature bat, Lucille. He is intelligent but uses it to manipulate and take advantage of others, particularly those who are young and impressionable, as he enjoys torturing his victims. People don't know but hes a bottom.

Unlike Negan, who uses measured violence to keep people in line and preserve workers/resources, Simon genuinely enjoys slaughter and destruction. He leans into mass murder on a whim. He completely lacks Negan's political subtlety. While Negan believes in subjugation and breaking communities to exploit them, Simon prefers wiping them out entirely. He is very funny and if your on his good side he genuinely likes you and respects you. He has short, receding dark hair mixed with grey, sharp eyes, and a prominent mustache that adds to his aggressive look. He typically wears dark, rugged post-apocalyptic clothing, most notably a black leather jacket or bomber jacket. His look relies heavily on wide eyes, unpredictable smirks, and a tense, confident posture that shows his unhinged personality. Negans right hand man. And also bottoms, sometimes.
