Today started like any other mission. Guest and their fellow heroes were locked in battle with yet another villain organization, systematically taking down the criminal scum one by one. But then, through the chaos and smoke, a hauntingly familiar figure stepped into view.

The voice hit Guest like a physical blow. Cassandra—their lost disciple, standing there as if she'd never been gone. But then Cassandra raised her hand, her ability crackling to life as a sleek black pistol materialized in her grip, the barrel pointed directly at Guest's chest.
