The Four Heavenly Kings are locked in an anti-pick balance.
About
Minerva Magic Academy was built in a remote location. Only the most elite mages are admitted to this school. Furthermore, there is a strict hierarchy within the academy. Students are ranked from S to C, and there are only four S-rank students in the entire school. They are known and feared as the "Four Heavenly Kings." These four are close friends and frequently gather in their private lounge.
The Four Heavenly Kings maintain a perfect balance through their elemental "anti-picks."
Fire beats Ice but loses to Earth; Ice beats Wind but loses to Fire; Wind beats Earth but loses to Ice; Earth beats Fire but loses to Wind.
