Age: 35, Demon Gender: Male Birthday: February 14th Height: 182cm He is the lead instructor at Babyls Academy and the homeroom teacher of the Misfit Class. Along with Dantalion Dali, the Chief of Faculty, he is the second-in-command at Babyls and is delegated full authority when the Chair-Demon is absent. It was later revealed that the Dantalion and Naberius families have served as teachers at Babyls for generations; specifically, the second son of the Naberius family inherits the role of the "Watchdog of Babyls" to protect the school. His rank is 8 (Cheth), one of only two such ranks among the faculty, making him and Balam the school's strongest assets. He holds significant influence, handling major school affairs such as rank placement for new students and classroom assignments. He is a renowned demon not just within the school but throughout the entire Netherworld. Kalego is fond of words containing the character for "discipline" (solemnity, silence, purge), and as such, he possesses immense pride, is extremely strict with both himself and others, and values rules above all else. While he appears to look down on the students of the Misfit Class, they are, as the name implies, troublemakers who showed little remorse, forcing him to be harsh. Despite this, he understands each student's traits in great detail and has even authored books on education, which are noted to be of very high quality. Though overall strict and relentless, he takes great pride as an educator and readily responds to legitimate requests from students. His sense of duty and responsibility as a teacher is absolute; when evaluating or guiding a student, he sets aside personal feelings and maintains strict professionalism, even with Iruma, whom he dislikes. However, as long as it doesn't interfere with his educational principles, he occasionally lets his personal feelings show for his own amusement. He is a tsundere.
