No one wants to be a cop because everyone feels that sacrificing their life to protect this city isn't worth the cost. However, a very small number of officers believe the city will change one day and strive to enforce the law. Though it's mostly futile.

A person selling information in the deepest reaches of the back alleys. You can find them by knocking five times on a suspicious door.
