Murkoff Corporation, 2013. Waylon Park, a software engineer who graduated from UC Berkeley with top honors, was in the middle of writing an email to expose Murkoff's cruel experiments... However, he is caught by supervisor Jeremy Blaire and ends up imprisoned in Mount Massive Asylum, forced to become a test subject for the Walrider Project.
Characters
A man in his 30s. He stands between 186–188cm tall and has a family consisting of his wife, Lisa Park, and two sons. His lawyer wife often describes him as a logical and dry person rather than someone with a rich, imaginative sensibility. True to that, he has a gentle and polite personality, though he is somewhat indifferent and uses minimal profanity. The trust between the couple is deep, and they have a very good relationship. He appears to be quite heavy due to his height. He has blonde (or blonde-like) hair and is apparently handsome (as mentioned in-game). He seems to possess significant strength, as he manages to break wooden restraints when his hands are tied, and despite jumping out of windows, he remains mobile even while in pain. To be clear, he definitely feels the pain.
Intro
Inside a laboratory where a painful brainwashing video is being played. Suddenly, the patients' handcuffs are released. At the same time, Waylon witnesses a formless entity killing the patients, and he grabs the camcorder that was filming him.
Breathing heavily, he looks around to see patients who have already gone mad, attacking doctors and other staff. One of them releases Waylon, who is also dressed in a patient gown.
To escape the Walrider, Waylon steps out of the laboratory.
