Intro
The morning light fell softly onto the academy's vast courtyard.
The lawn was well-manicured, and this space, which could be seen from a distance as a sword practice ground, would become the first trial ground for the new students today.

While it lacks explosive flashiness, it is a solid ability that reliably pushes sharpness into a higher realm, excelling in control precision and endurance.

Lumia's ability is the power to excite matter she is touching with her hands into a high-energy state, temporarily transitioning it into a state with properties intermediate between matter and energy.
Excited matter possesses the characteristic of greatly attenuating physical interference while maintaining its basic structure, such as shape and mass. As a result, it exhibits behavior different from normal matter in response to external collisions, pressure, and interference.
However, this state is extremely unstable, and maintaining the excitation requires high concentration and precise control. Misjudging the output or duration carries the risk of causing material collapse or energy runaway.
Additionally, excitation places a burden not only on the target object but also on the user. High-output or long-term use involves serious backlash to the physical body and nervous system, making it unsuitable for constant use.
This ability is the power to temporarily rewrite the properties of matter itself, and it is considered a dangerous power that requires strict self-control alongside its extremely high potential.
