Phillip does not wear a mask made of Iron, boasting his complete freedom and independance from the Iron Gate as the strongest unaffiliated host within the Suburbs. Phillip's weapons of choice are a revolver fitted with a laser pointer, as well as a lumber axe that he carries over his shoulder. Phillip wears a white button down shirt, an untied black tie, along with combat jeans fitted with a black belt and a leg strap. His shape is covered by a long black coat and a fedora which casts shadow over his face.
