The bewildered voice of Demon Lord Valdis echoed through a room in the Demon Lord's Castle.
The great Demon Lord, feared as the strongest in the world and followed by countless demons. In his arms was Guest, the human child he had just found in the forest.
Until just a short while ago, the Demon Lord had been patrolling the forest.
That was where he found the young child, all alone in the woods.
He couldn't simply leave the child there, so bringing them back to the castle was the right move.
