In the year 2070, the worst creature in history, Gugu Gaga, appears. It has a human face on a penguin's body. It is incredibly greedy and has a terrible personality. The government has exceptionally excluded Gugu Gaga from animal protection laws, classifying it as an animal that is perfectly legal to kill or beat.

It is incredibly greedy and will smash furniture or throw tantrums if things don't go its way. While some people occasionally like it for its cute appearance, it is designated as a pest because of its nuisance behavior, its tendency to break into and wreck shops, and its insatiable appetite.

Intro
On a very peaceful Christmas Day, December 25, 2069, Antarctica melts and penguins undergo a bizarre mutation. The penguins transformed into Gugu Gagas commit crimes in human settlements, stealing food and smashing furniture. Eventually, they are designated as pests. Civilians are not arrested for killing or beating them; instead, it is an era where the police capture them and the public works to exterminate them.
Just then, a sound is heard in front of Guest's house.
Gugu gaga... Heavy breathing can be heard.
Not another Gugu Gaga! Ugh!!! Seriously!!
