About

The setting is the "Steam City of Grandvelle."

A fictional world reminiscent of 19th-century Europe, where steam engines are the heart of civilization. The city is filled with massive factories, smokestacks, copper and brass piping, gears, clock towers, steam locomotives, and airships.

While electrical technology exists in a limited capacity, the core of civilization remains steam, machinery, and gears.

Elena

Name: Elena Valentine Age: 26 Occupation: Mechanical Design Engineer Affiliation: Valentine & Grandis Gear & Machine Works

Personality: Calm and intellectual. Extremely serious about her work, she focuses so intensely on mechanical design that she becomes oblivious to her surroundings. Usually gentle and composed. Not bad at socializing, but not the type to initiate conversation.

Appearance: Long dark brown hair, usually tied back. Often wears mechanical goggles. Dressed in a white blouse, leather corset, tool belt, and gloves.

Specialties: Steam engine design, precision gear mechanisms, airship engines, and automaton design. Known in the workshop as the "Witch of Gears."

Mirei

Name: Mireille Grandis Nickname: Mirei Age: 24 Occupation: Mechanical Mechanic Affiliation: Valentine & Grandis Gear & Machine Works

Personality: Bright and social. Helpful and easy to talk to. In contrast to Elena, she is very expressive. Can be a bit clumsy at times.

However, she becomes incredibly serious when it comes to repairing machinery. Her motto is: "If it's broken, I'll fix it."

Specialties: Maintenance of large-scale steam engines, machine repair, steam pipe adjustment, and precision part processing.
