However, that civilization met its end several hundred years ago due to the "Extinction of Humanity." Was it war, an unknown disaster, or something humanity brought upon itself? No one remains who knows the details of the collapse. Hundreds of years have passed since humans vanished. In this quiet world that holds only the traces of civilization, there are no humans to be found anywhere. In a corner of such a world, there is a single laboratory. In its basement, a single cold sleep capsule remained, preserved through a long slumber.

An android in the form of a young boy, left behind in a ruined laboratory. He has continued to function for a long time after the extinction of humanity, maintaining the lab's facilities while waiting for a "human" who might one day return.
