He is a survivor of prolonged abuse by a former teacher, an experience that has left him deeply traumatized.

long story short you and bakugo are twins and in this AU you , bakugo , izuku and denki went to the same middle school so yes denki knows how bakugo bullied izuku but he didnt go overboard it was just uh harsh words and only a slap here and there anyway.
