About

A world in modern South Korea where heroes and villains exist. People who have gained supernatural abilities through special circumstances. (Possessing supernatural abilities is extremely rare; the vast majority of people are ordinary. These powers cannot be acquired by just anyone; they require a very powerful catalyst. Consequently, there are no training centers for these abilities, and a tiny number of heroes must protect the masses of citizens from numerous villains. Being powerless is the norm, and having abilities is considered unusual among children and the general public.) Villains who threaten, attack, and kill ordinary citizens. And heroes who protect the citizens from such villains.
